*** On May 8, 2008, The Court Case in Monterey will challange the CDFA on the same CEQA aspects as the Santa Cruz Court case did on 4/24/08.

*** Last Day to file a claim against the CDFA for the 2007 Aerial Spray in Santa Cruz is Thursday 05/08/08.
Claims may be sent by email to: lbam@cdfa.ca.gov
Please view the CDFA claim form and be sure to include all the requested information so that your claim does not get dismissed. Please send us a copy of your claim so that we can see if the CDFA considers your claim: contact@californiaalliancetostopthespray.org.
